2.1 Use and Limitations

Functionality: You may use our Services to receive SMS or calls. However, message/call delivery is not guaranteed due to reliance on international carriers, technical constraints, and country-specific restrictions.

Short Code SMS: Short code messaging is only available with prior approval and successful identity verification. Short codes function only within the country they originate from.

Non-unlimited Usage: Purchasing a number does not mean unlimited usage. SMS usage may incur additional charges depending on pricing listed on our website. Costs are applied at the time of transmission.

Service Interruptions: Downtime can occur due to third-party carriers, regional outages, or technical limitations, and no continuous availability of service is guaranteed.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To access the Services, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information (such as full name and a valid email) during account registration. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
